Nutrition education is a set of learning experiences designed to assist you in understanding healthy eating choices and other nutrition- related behavior. It includes the following.
Group Discussions on supplements that are prescribed at the camp and how they can heal and help us optimise health, performance and recovery. Blood work will be analysed to balance deficiency or surplus of micro nutrients and hormones.
We discuss the benefits, dosage and importance of these supplements. A very important point of “why these supplements are essential even with a healthy diet and cannot be got from food alone.” Is discussed in detail.
This is conducted through an interactive discussion where each students prepares information/ does research on a few supplements (given one day prior ) and shares information with the group. We as trainers, guide the discussion and add the missing elements.
A basic outline of the Three Macro nutrients- Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat with their uses and affects on physical and mental health.
In the first week we focus on Carbohydrates. Highlighting Sugar, Insulin and other elements which damage our mind and body.
The mode of study is through documentary films, you tube videos and simple power point presentations. All data is shared with you post the session.
Secondly we focus on protein, amino acids and the uses of these amino acids in building and maintaining our bodies. We break down old myths with reference to lentils, tofu, meat , eggs, quinoa and lots more, whilst sharing our experiential knowledge and scientific evidence.
We also cover the importance of consuming dietary fats. Special Highlight on omega 3 and 6.
Various diets in the market today like Keto, Paleo, Intermittent fasting and more are discussed. We touch upon the basic differences between each and who they may be suitable for . So that our students understand the reasoning behind the diet prescribed at 10N1 and also make wise choices even after they leave the camp.
We always emphasise following diet that you can sustain long term.
Next the education shifts from diet and nutrition towards strength, HIIT, Cardio, Hatha yoga and yin yoga.
We stress on understanding the importance of each of these elements and a combination of all these are required to keep a healthy, functionally strong and happy body both mentally and physically.
The mode of study is through group discussions, where each person is given a few questions as home work and then we discuss it the next day and share our knowledge about the same.
P.s: All education is mostly related to the 1ON1 System. The aim is to give you a thorough understanding of the WHY behind every element of the program.
In week 3 : The education shifts from diet and nutrition towards strength, HIIT, Cardio, Hatha yoga and yin yoga.

Lastly : we focus on how to take this lifestyle back home. Where the students have an option of a 1ON1 session with us where they can clear all the doubts they have, before they leave the camp. Most of our students create a menu for their life back home based on their learnings here. We share the recipes they need.
We also share the training routine that they followed here and give them suggestions on to fit fitness into their schedule back home.
For students, who would like is to handhold them, We have an online mentorship program (optional at an additional cost) to hand hold our students after they leave the program. The details of the same can be found here:
- At 1ON1, Education is a combination of learning strategies that are used to make this education fun andinteresting.
- We use documentary films, power point presentations, case study and discussions on the same.
- We have a small trivia; at the end of each macro nutrient depending on the number of students and enthusiasm of the students.
- The study at 1ON1 is always evolving, we as trainers believe there is always more out there. We are always updating to give our students more validated scientific experiential information about Nutrition, exercise andyoga.
- The education at 1ON1 doesn’t stop there, the “tell me why sessions” give students first hand theoretical knowledge and practical implementation of their learnings and gives them an opportunity to see their results unfolding right before their eyes
- The theory and practice are in sync when you are at the camp.
Our aim at the end of this journey is for you to make informed choices for your health and body composition goals.
We request you to come with an open mind and you will be enlightened.
