Here’s a list of random things I can do in Jan 2022 Bend down to tie my shoelaces. Pick up and play with my 3 year old grandson. Hike up the Panchalimedu trail. Walk away from a sticky situation and calm down by watching my breath.
The best 6 weeks of my life. I initially joined the program for 4 weeks but extended for 2 more weeks. I am a new person now. I eat healthy, go to gym regularly, I have lost fat and increased muscle mass.
My experience at 1on1 was truly amazing. Other than the amazing results I got, it was the whole journey over the course of 3 weeks that really made this an unforgettable experience.
1on1 fitness camp is truly one of a kind. Mr and Mrs Praladh are experts in the field of training and yoga respectively. The accomodation provided was excellent. The food served at the camp is delicious and the staff are very courteous and friendly.
